The kitchen design in 1488 is coming along nicely.
In this kitchen design, we paired gray-toned cabinets with a beautiful granite countertop which has a lot of contrast, and added a travertine-look tile from Mohawk.
We added under cabinet LED lighting so that the new owner could see their workspace easily. The deep Kohler Executive Chef undermount sink sits in a large window, facing north to look at the Bookcliffs, and anyone working at the kitchen island has a gorgeous view of the Grand Mesa out the dining room windows to the east.
We used brushed nickel Moen faucets throughout the home, and brushed nickel Kichler lighting in the dining room & bathrooms. The walls are a gray-beige, the trim is white, & the doors are stained a custom weathered teak.
The colors are blending beautifully!
The floor tile & carpet are being installed this week. This beautiful home is nearly finished!
