About Adobe Falls

Adobe Falls Subdivision is located west of 18-1/2 Road & north of I Road in Fruita, Colorado. Homes in Adobe Falls have a quick commute into Fruita, Grand Junction, or points beyond. The I-70 frontage road, locally known as River Road, connects you into either Fruita or Grand Junction’s downtown in minutes. The Fruita on-ramp to I-70 is just 2 miles away.

Adobe Falls Subdivision is surrounded on four sides by the Adobe Creek National Golf Course. The scenic Monument View section of the 30-mile Riverfront Trail runs past less than a half mile from Adobe Falls Subdivision. The west entrance to the Colorado National Monument is a short 7 minute drive away.

Adobe Falls Park - Pond & Gazebo

Adobe Falls Pond & Gazebo

Filing One has 38 lots, most of which have been sold, and Filing Two adds another 43 lots, 10 of which back up to the private park & gazebo. Lots in Filing Two are now available for purchase!

Our spacious vacant lots range from .3-.5 acres, giving you ample space for your home plus additional RV parking space for all of your toys!

Since we are surrounded by the Adobe Creek National Golf Course, Adobe Falls Subdivision has amazing views that can never be blocked! There isn’t much between us & the Colorado River besides the golf course, a few ponds, and few homes right on the river, so the views of the Colorado National Monument are outstanding. To the north, the golf course fills the space between us & I-70, so the views of the Bookcliffs are also excellent. The golf course also occupies several acres to the east, so the views of the Grand Mesa are also fantastic! Because of our unique location, Adobe Falls Subdivision feels like it is in a world of it’s own.
